Ousley, Rigdon

Rebecca Ann Rigdon and William Ira Ousley, both of Meridian, were married Saturday, Nov. 23, 2002, at Abundant Life Tabernacle with the Rev. Charles Overby Jr. officiating.
Parents of the couple are the late John A. Rigdon Jr. and the late Donna Jean Waller Rigdon of Meridian, and Mr. and Mrs. Ira A. Ousley of Longview, Texas.
Grandparents of the bride are the late Rev. and Mrs. John A. Rigdon Sr. of Meridian, and Mr. and Mrs. James E. Robinson of Chunky.
Grandparents of the bridegroom are the late Rev. and Mrs. Jacob A. Ousley of Tutwiler, and Daisy Wolfe and the late Loyd Wolfe of Rena Lara.
The bride was given in marriage by Jerry Easterling.
She wore a gown of embroidered Duchess satin with a traditional scoop neckline and short cap sleeves with a contrasting band. The bodice was embellished with crystals, bugle beads and seed pearls. The soft pleat skirt featured embroidered flowers and vines that edged the chapel-length train.
Her waist-length veil that was anchored by a headpiece of porcelain roses. She carried a bouquet of yellow, ivory and coral roses.
Guest register was attended by Christina Ward. Brandi Easterling and Celina Reed served as bridal assistants.
A reception was held in the church fellowship hall following the ceremony.
Assisting at the reception were Sherry and Kerry Ward, Celina Reed and Debbie Weir.
After a brief honeymoon, the couple resides in Germantown, Tenn.
