Maternal grandparents are Joe and Betty Alexander of Meridian.
Mrs. Weber is the former Janet C. Alexander.
Allison and Rob Laher of Tupelo announce the birth of twins, Frank Allison and Joseph Gaines, on July 7, 2002, at North Mississippi Women's Hospital in Tupelo.
Paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Tom Laher of New Albany.
Maternal grandparents are Barbara E. Wilson of Corinth and Frank Allison Russell of Tupelo. Maternal great-grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Albert Ralph Russell of Meridian and the late Versi Brown Russell.
