JOHN REDDEN PRICE

QUITMAN Services for John Redden Price will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at McGowan Chapel Methodist Church with the Revs. Jim Smith and Frances Volk officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Wright's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Price, 83, of Pachuta, died Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2002, at DCH Health Systems in Tuscaloosa, Ala. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served in World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Lonamina Price of Pachuta; daughters, Gloria Pettis of Shubuta, June Kinley of Good Springs, Ala., Nella Conerly of Hattiesburg, Linda Baldwin of Pachuta and Sally Bourdreau of Tacoma, Wash.; a brother, James Douglas Price of Elwood; sisters, Kathleen Keen and Lillian Ward, both of Meridian, Mildred Smith of Elwood and Ruth Conway of Linden, Ala.; six grandchildren, one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Friday after 5 p.m. at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service at the church.
PATSY DUER

PHILADELPHIA Services for Patsy Duer will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Coye Assembly of God with the Rev. Doug Stokes officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. McClain-Hays Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Duer, 53, of Quincy, Mass., died Monday, Aug. 12, 2002, in her home.
Survivors include her daughter, Elizabeth M. Hill of Lake Village, Ark.; a son, Billy C. Scott Jr. of Ackerman; four grandchildren; sisters, Sandra Wilson of Tuscaloosa, Ala., and Mellonie Sullivan of Jupiter, Fla.; and a brother, Garry Sullivan of DeKalb.
Visitation will be today 5 p.m.-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
TOMMY HART
Services for Tommy "Joe" Hart will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church on 49th Avenue with the Rev. Dr. Zachary Operton officiating. Burial will be in New Homer Cemetery in Rose Hill with Berry and Gardner Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Hart, 35, of Meridian, died Monday, Aug. 12, 2002, at Riley Hospital.
Survivors include his mother, Pearl Hunter and his step-father, Billie, a sister, Norvell Johnson, a son, Tommy Hart, and a daughter, Jennifer Hart, all of Meridian; and a brother, George Hart of Tuscaloosa, Ala.
Visitation will be Saturday beginning at 12:30 p.m. until the service at the church.
GUSSIE R. HEARN
Homemaker
DEKALB Services for Gussie R. Hearn will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at New Hope Blackwater Baptist Church in Daleville with the Rev. Roosevelt Clark officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. E.E. McDonald Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Hearn, 85, of Daleville, died Monday, Aug. 12, 2002, at The Speciality Hospital of Meridian.
Survivors include her children, Mae Bell Grace and her husband, John, and Callie Rush, all of Daleville, Maggie Grace and her husband, Richard, of DeKalb, John W. Hearn of Meridian, Willie E. Hearn and his wife, Mary, of DeKalb; two sisters, Ida Mae Rush and Annie Grace, both of DeKalb; 53 grandchildren, 104 great-grandchildren and 34 great-great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband and three children.
Visitation will be Friday 7 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
ALICE THORNE BOHNE
MONTGOMERY, Ala. Graveside services for Alice Thorne Bohne were held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the family cemetery in Shubuta. Brooks-Cargile Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Bohne, of Auburn, died Saturday, Aug. 10, 2002, in Auburn.
She was born Sept. 14, 1917, in Meridian. She lived most of her life in New Orleans, then retired to Spanish Fort, Ala., and recently moved to Auburn.
Survivors include her daughter, Barbara B. Brown and her husband, Donald P., Laura B. Fuller and her husband, Gary; a son, William T. Bohne and his wife, Sandra; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William H. Bohne.
ALGENE LAMAR TINSLEY
Arrangements were incomplete at Barham Funeral Home for Algene Lamar Tinsley, 82, of DeKalb, who died Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2002, at St. Dominic's Hospital in Jackson.
FLORA C. MCCAIN
Arrangements were incomplete at James F. Webb Funeral Home for Flora C. McCain, 73, of Meridian, who died Thursday, Aug. 15, 2002, at Queen City Nursing Home.
