Maternal grandparents are Wayne and Janice Thomas and Judy and Jim Bates all of Philadelphia.
Crystalmie Wooten and Shamarquis McCorkle of Butler, Ala. announce the birth of a daughter, Shamja Anto'Nese McCorkle, on Feb. 25, 2002, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
Lisa and Billy Wigham of Vossburg, announce the birth of a son, Jacob Curtis, on Feb. 26, 2002, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
Mrs. Wigham is the former Lisa Riley.
Regina Thomas and Rickey Dukes of Pennington, Ala. announce the birth of a daughter, Shyninika Ekedra Dukes, on Feb. 27, 2002, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
Julie Day and David Collis announce the birth of a son, Christian Patrick Anthony Collis, on Feb. 27, 2002, at Riley Hospital.
Shaun and Chastity Galyean of Meridian announce the birth of a son, Garrett Floyd, on Feb. 27, 2002, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Galyean is the former Chastity White.
