Vaughn, Timbrell

Sela Timbrell of Meridian and Chad Vaughn of Daleville were married Saturday, May 26, 2001, at the home of the bridegroom's parents, with the Rev. Barry Skelton officiating.
Parents of the couple are Steve and Suzanne Timbrell of Meridian and Kelly and Charlotte Vaughn of Daleville.
Grandparents of the bride are the late T.C. and Jean Timbrell and the late Othel and Carolyn Miles.
Grandparents of the bridegroom are Minnie Vaughn and the late Prentis Vaughn; Lucille Calvert and the late Winston Calvert.
Music for the ceremony was provided by John Brown, pianist; Margie Walker, vocalist; and the Canticle Singers Children's Choir.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a two-piece gown of Duchess satin featuring a corselet top embroidered with bugle beads and crystals. The A-line skirt and detachable chapel-length train were edged with a wide band of matching embroidery.
Matron of honor was Stephanie Timbrell Hyche of Livingston, Ala., sister of the bride. Other attendants were Deanne Tolbird, Christy Bennett, Brandi Howard and Kelly Williams, all of Meridian. Paige Davis of Meridian was reception flower girl.
The father of the bridegroom served as best man. Groomsmen and ushers were Brian Irby of Livingston, Ronnie Bennett of Meridian, Kirk Hyche of Livingston and Brian Cliburn of Tallahassee, Fla.
A reception was held following the ceremony.
On the eve of the wedding, the bridegroom's parents hosted a rehearsal dinner at Briarwood Country Club in honor of the couple.
After a honeymoon in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, the couple resides in Big Rapids, Mich.
