Culutura Club fundraiser set for May 5

It’s time to plant flowers downtown and The Cultura Garden Club of Russellville will be raising money by having a Smoked Chicken dinner fundraiser Tuesday, May 5, between 4-7 p.m. at The First Methodist Church.

Tickets are $8 for a delicious plate of William Bishop’s smoked chicken, slaw, baked beans, roll, dessert, and drink. Those interested in buying a plate are encouraged to drop in or to purchase a ticket from any garden club member.
