A.W. Todd Centre to host Alumni Club meeting

The UNA Russellville Alumni Club will host an event called “On the Road Again” with UNA’s head football coach Bobby Wallace at the A.W. Todd Centre on April 12 at 6 p.m.

The event will also feature Anne-Marie Hall, the 2012 Miss UNA winner and Russellville native.

Pre-registration is required to attend the event. Registration is $20 per person and is available online at http://alumni.una.edu/Russellville. The deadline for registration is April 9.

The UNA Alumni Association will sponsor this and other events throughout the spring to celebrate Coach Wallace’s return to UNA football. For more details on how to meet alumni and friends of UNA, visit http://alumni.una.edu.

I am an alumnus of UNA, and as such I have a certain sense of pride in the university.

I think it’s a great thing to have Coach Wallace back at the helm of the UNA Lions football team.

I know this column is very short this issue, but hey, I have to get my face in the paper somehow because I am so egotistical.
