Harper, Dewitt

Mr. and Mrs. Randy Kidd of Pachuta announce the engagement of their daughter, Krystal Dawn, to William David Dewitt II, son of Mr. and Mrs. David Dewitt of Richton.
The wedding will be Saturday, Oct. 16, 2004, at 2 p.m. at Enterprise Baptist Church.
Miss Harper is the granddaughter of Chettie Pippin of Meridian and the late Judge A. Pippin, and Mr. and Mrs. Bobby R. Kidd of Pachuta.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Enterprise High School and received a degree in 2000 from Jones County Junior College. She earned a bachelor's degree in physical education, with an emphasis in sports communication, in 2003 from Mississippi State University. Miss Harper is pursuing her master's degree at MSU.
Mr. Dewitt is the grandson of Stella Mae Scarbrough and the late Woodrow Scarbrough, and the late Mr. and Mrs. W.R. Dewitt, all of Richton.
The bridegroom-elect is a 1993 graduate of Richton High School and received a degree from Jones County Junior College. He earned a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies in 2001 from Mississippi State University.
While at JCJC and MSU, he was a varsity cheerleader and a member of the JCJC baseball team. Mr. Dewitt is a self-employed contractor.
A reception will be held at the church family life center following the ceremony.
Family and friends are invited to attend.
