Jones, Sowell

Cathy D. Jones and Richie A. Sowell, along with their daughter Hannah Mae, announce their engagement.
The wedding will be Saturday, May 1, 2004, at 2 p.m. at Bonita Lakes.
The bride-elect is the daughter of James A. and Diane Jones of Meridian, and Willie E. and Hazel A. Spence of Bailey. The bridegroom-elect is the son of Johnny and Judy Sowell of Meridian.
Ms. Jones is the granddaughter of the late William E. and Donnie Mae Jones of Meridian, the late Charlie E. Huggins, and the late Sanford and Floice Deason of Carthage.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Meridian High School and Meridian Community College. She received a bachelor's degree in business management from Mississippi State University-Meridian campus.
Ms. Jones is employed as the food and beverage training manager at Pearl River Resort.
Mr. Sowell is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. W.M. Sowell of Coldwater, and James G. Freeze of Senatobia and the late Modena Freeze.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Jefferson Davis Academy. He is employed as the hardware department manager at Magnolia Steel.
A reception will be held immediately following the ceremony.
