Paternal grandparents are Ruth Mooney and the late M.J. Mooney.
Maternal grandparents are Barbara and Glenn Smith.
Mrs. Mooney is the former Rachael Smith.
Tami Kaye Wolverton and Walter Daniel Frazier announce the birth of a daughter, Brookelynn Nicole Wolverton, on Oct. 29, 2003, at Riley Hospital.
Paternal grandparents are James Frazier and Marilyn Coates.
Maternal grandparents are Teresa Wolverton and Tam Tran.
