    LILLIAN KATHRYN KIDD EVERETT

    QUITMAN Services for Lillian Kathryn Kidd Everett will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at Pine Hill Baptist Church with the Revs. Danny Bullock and Roy Garrison officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Wright's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
    Mrs. Everett, 96, of Enterprise, died Monday, Oct. 7, 2002, at Beverly Healthcare Center.
    Survivors include her sons, Douglas Everett and his wife, Jewel, of Enterprise and Harper Everett and his wife, Pansy, of Bay Springs; a daughter, Betty Hayes and her husband, George, of Meridian; seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
    She was preceded in death by her husband, T.B. "Pete" Everett; a son, Sydney Everett; sisters, Alice Valentine and Agnes Nelson; and brothers, Clarence Kidd, Malcom Kidd, Noah Kidd and Jack Kidd.
    The family requests memorials be made to Pine Hill Baptist Church.
    Pallbearers will be Mike Everett, Brent Pouncey, Michael Massey, Mark Ostrander, Derek Pouncey, Josh Massey and Brett Dew.
    Visitation will be today beginning at 5 p.m. at the funeral home and Thursday 30 minutes prior to the service at the church.
    RICKEY DEAN ADAIR
    Services for Rickey Dean Adair will be held Thursday at 11:30 a.m. at Barham Funeral Home with the Rev. John Thompson officiating. Burial will be in Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery.
    Mr. Adair, 50, of Meridian, died Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2002, at King's Daughters and Sons Rest Home. He was employed by Werner Enterprises of Georgia.
    Survivors include his wife, Terry Adair and a daughter, Gloria Shevonne Adair Faile, both of Meridian; sisters, Frankie Morris and Tammy Adair, brothers, Roger Adair, Joe Adair, Ronnie Adair and Russell Adair, all of Georgia.
    He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul E. and Cora E. Adair.
    The family requests memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
    Pallbearers will be David Covington, Mike Covington, Bill Scarbrough, Kevin Reece, Kimmy Crayton, Tommy Fortenberry and Gerald Scarbrough.
    Visitation will be today 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

    Services for Curtis Robert Thompson Sr. will be held Thursday at 2:30 p.m. at Barham Funeral Home with the Rev. Tommy Gilbert officiating. Burial will be in Old Marion Cemetery.
    Mr. Thompson, 73, of Meridian, died Saturday, Oct. 5, 2002, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center. He was retired from the U.S. Navy where he served in the Korean Conflict and Vietnam War. He was a Mason, Shriner and a numismatist owner of The Silver Dollar Exchange.
    Survivors include his wife, Norma Jeanne Shearer Thompson of Meridian; sons, Brian Thompson and his wife, Gerri, of Marion, Bruce Thompson and his wife, Jeanne, of West Palm Beach, Fla., Brett Thompson and his wife, Lori, of Newport News, Va., and Curtis Thompson II of Meridian; six grandchildren; sisters, Joyce Goldner and Linda Butler; a sister-in-law, Roberta Thompson; and several nieces and nephews.
    He was preceded in death by a brother, Wayne Thompson.
    Pallbearers will be Brian Thompson, Bruce Thompson, Curtis Thompson, Brett Thompson, Clyde Jimison and Timothy Thompson.
    Memorials may be made to Wesley House or Love's Kitchen.
    Visitation will be today 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
    JOHN RUFFIN BARNETT

    Services for John Ruffin "Bay Bay" Barnett will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at John The Baptist Church in Barnett.
    Mr. Barnett died Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2002, in New Orleans.
    Survivors include his wife, DoRthulia Barnett, his mother, Coral Walker, two daughters, Malissa Barnett and Kendra Barnett, two sons, Derrick Barnett and Jonathan Barnett and four grandchildren, all of New Orleans; two brothers, George Barnett and his wife, Sally, of New Orleans and Macadoo Barnett and his wife, Shirley Jo, of Meridian; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
    PEARL CLARK
    Services for Pearl Clark will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at First Tabernacle Church of God in Daleville with the Rev. Charlie McMillian officiating. Burial will be in Blackwater Cemetery in DeKalb with Clark's Memorial Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
    Mrs. Clark, 85, of Toomsuba, died Monday, Oct. 7, 2002, at Guardian Angel Hospice.
    Survivors include her nine children, Lorine Gervin and her husband, Oliver, of Compton, Calif., Estelle Miller of Toomsuba, Mary McQuartes and her husband, George, of Detroit, Johnny Clark of Cameron, N.C., Willie Clark of Meridian, Alma Clark of Detroit, Evelyn Foster and her husband, Oliver, of Meridian, Bobbie Clark of Toomsuba and Bertha Roberts and her husband, Willie, of Meridian; 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
    She was preceded in death by her parents and three daughters.
    Visitation will be Saturday from 6 p.m.-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
