    ANITA LOUISE GABRIEL

    WAYNSEBORO Services for Anita Louise Gabriel will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at Freeman Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. John Stodghill officiating. Burial will be in the Philadelphus Cemetery.
    Mrs. Gabriel, 70, of Waynesboro, died Thursday, March 14, 2002 at Wayne County General Hospital.
    Survivors include two sons, Randy Gabriel and his wife, Debbie, and Lindsay Gabriel and his wife, Brenda, all of Meridian; three daughters, Beverly Gabriel of Long Beach; Sherry Harris and her husband, Michael, of San Antonio, Texas; and Carla Miller and her husband, Charlie, of Meridian; two sisters, Hilda Clanton and her husband, Henry, of Pensacola, Fla.; and Clarice Chaney of Cantonment, Fla.; 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
    She was preceded in death by her son, Paul Douglas Gabriel.
    Visitation will be held today from 5 p.m.-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
    ALBERT WARD JR.

    DeKalb Services for Albert "Sang/Red" Ward Jr. will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at New Beginning Holiness Church with the Rev. Willie Ray Clark officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Moscow Cemetery with E.E. McDonald Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
    Mr. Ward, 72, of Meridian, died Sunday, March 10, 2002 at Rush Foundation Hospital.
    Survivors include his wife, Bertha Ward of Russell; eight children, Bobby Ward of Ocala, Fla.; Jamie L. Ward, Barbara Sterts and her husband, Robert, Joseph Ward and Janivera Ward, all of Meridian; Jimmy R. Ward Sr. and his wife, Lula, of Washington, D.C.; Debra Johnson and her husband, Micheal, of Jackson; Jessie McDonald and her husband, George, of Russell; a brother, Cleveland Ward of St. Louis, Mo.; 26 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
    He was preceded in death by his nine siblings.
    Visitation will be today from 6 p.m.- 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
    MAGGIE BELL GANN SISK

    HOUSTON, Texas Services for Maggie Bell Gann Sisk will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Macedonia Methodist Church with the Revs. Elder Charles Porter and Randy Hayes officiating. Burial will be at the church cemetery with Houston Memorial Funeral Home, Inc in charge of arrangements.
    Mrs. Sisk, 93, of Knox City, Texas, died Wednesday, March 13, 2002 at Trace Regional Hospital.
    Survivors include her son, William David Gann and his wife, Donna, of Houston; three daughters, Johnnie Wedgeworth of Meridian; Jane McCollum, and Helen Griffin and her husband, William "Screwball", all of Houston; seven grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
    She was preceded in death by her parents, a step-mother, Betty Gann Griffin Bradberry; a daughter, Mary Sue Gann; 16 brothers and sisters, two great-grandsons; and her husbands, John Henry Gann and Charles Sisk.
    Visitation will be held today from 5 p.m.- 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
    MARY COTTON

    SEBASTOPOL Services for Mary Cotton will be held Sunday at 1 p.m. at Crystal Ridge Mennonite Church with the Rev. Eddie Johnson officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Milling Funeral Home of Sebastopol in charge of arrangements.
    Ms. Cotton, 58, of Louisville, died Wednesday, March 13, 2002 at University Medical Center in Jackson.
    Survivors include her husband, Jimmy Cotton; four sons, James William Cotton of Philadelphia; Randy Cotton of Louisville; Gary Tubby and Earl Cotton; two sisters, Patsy Jim of Conehatta; and Ora Mae McMullan of Philadelphia; two brothers, Jimmy Tubby of Philadelphia; and Kemp Tubby of Preston; three grandchildren and a several nieces and nephews.
    MANUAL MOORE
    Services for Manual "Snapper" Moore will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at New St. Matthews Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Berry &Gardner Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
    Mr. Moore, 64, of St. Louis, Mo., died Monday, March, 11, 2002.
    Survivors include is wife, Patricia Moore of St. Louis, Mo.; three daughters, Cathy Dewberry and her husband, Daryll, and Janice Oriakhi and her husband, Victor, all of Dayton, Ohio; and Gartel Willis of Meridian; a son, Manual Moore III of St. Louis; three sisters, Sarah Harris and her husband, Billy, of St. Louis; Christell Hill and her husband, Lawrence, and Luecindia Crowther and her husband, Alber, all of Meridian; a brother, Willie Tucker and his wife, Nancy, of Meridian; and eight grandchildren.
    Visitation will be Saturday from 5 p.m. – 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
    ROSIE CHANEY

    Services for Rosie Chaney will be held Sunday at 3 p.m. at Good Hope CME Church in Russell with the Rev. Ernest Sanders officiating. Burial will be in Good Hope Cemetery with Berry &Gardner Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
    Mrs. Chaney, 79, of Meridian, died Tuesday, March 12, 2002 at Riley Hospital.
    Survivors include five daughters, Earlean Garry, Pearline Randle and Bertha Randle, all of Meridian; Rosie Tubbs and Edna Randle, both of Russell; three sons, Billie Randle and Ben Randle, both of Meridian; and William Randle of Russell; three sisters, Mary Kate Rush of Meridian; and Susie Hall and Estella Ivey, both of Russell; a brother, Marcellis Morgan of Russell; 32 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
    Visitation will be Saturday from 7 p.m.- 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
