Belgreen elementary celebrates 100th day

Belgreen elementary celebrates 100th day

RUSSELLVILLE Elementary students at Belgreen High School celebrated the 100th day of school by dressing up as 100 year olds.

“The 100th day of school is always fun! It’s filled with fun learning activities and lots of little old women and men!” said Megean Berryman, principal of Belgreen High School. “It’s fun to celebrate all the learning that has already taken place!”

Teachers and students alike joined the activities.

Addie Nix, a second-grade student at Belgreen High School, dresses up to celebrate the 100th day of school.

“Getting to celebrate the 100th day of school is always so fun! It’s a great way to recognize our students for 100 days of their hard work!” said Abby Grissom, a third-grade teacher at Belgreen.

Second-grade student Addie Nix said she enjoyed taking part in the celebration.

“It’s fun to dress up like a Granny!”

First-grade student Caden Parker said helso enjoyed the celebration.

“I like to celebrate,” he said. “It’s fun.”
