November goes bananas over banana pudding

Love it or hate it, banana pudding has a legion of devout followers. Are you one of them? November, among other things, is designated as Banana Pudding Lovers Month. Do you plan to celebrate?

What makes the perfect banana pudding? Do you prefer store bought, or do you like to make your own? Have you developed your own recipe, or do you have a treasured family favorite passed down over the years?

When is your favorite time to have banana pudding? Perhaps you consider it appropriate for all seasons.

Or, are you among (perhaps the minority) and find it overrated? – dramatic music plays –

Perhaps you are more fond of banana bread. Or not a fan of any banana-based baking.

I, for one, while not a fan of bananas in general, have found the occasional banana pudding to be nice, and, occasionally, banana bread as well, though neither is among my favorites.

Do you have any seasonal favorites centered around bananas?
