PHOTOS: Spooky sweet, trick or treat

Residents of Franklin County pack downtown Russellville on Halloween night for the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce’s annual Trunk or Treat. Costumed children filled the sidewalk from Madison Street to Lawrence Street, eagerly awaiting their turn for candy.
