Tharptown Wildcats fall to Lions

The Lions came into Wildcat stadium Friday night and beat Tharptown 41-7 to give the Wildcats zero wins in 2015.

Hubbertville had a tune-up game as the Lions head to the playoffs this season.
Tharptown’s lone touchdown came on a 38-yard fumble return by Eduardo Lopez in the fourth quarter.
The Wildcats’ season is complete, as the team will not make the playoffs this year. Tharptown hopes to have a big offseason under coach Jason Murray and bounce back. Murray said he was proud of his team for sticking with it and fighting through to the end.
