Allen Thurman Bradford, 79, Russellville, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2011.

The visitation will be from 6-8 pm Thursday, Dec. 15, 2011, at Akins Funeral Home. The 11 a.m. funeral service will be Friday, Dec. 16, 2011, at the funeral home chapel with Bro. Jackie Hill and Bro. Keith Prince officiating. Interment will be in Franklin Memory Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Jason Bray, Chris Burns, Steve Martin, Steve Bradford, Tim Bradford and Tommy Bradford.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Rae Bradford; son, Allen Joe Bradford; parents, Noah and Bell Bradford; siblings, Eugene Bradford, Coreen Bradford, Thelma Bradford, Edward Bradford and Glen Bradford.

He is survived by his daughter, Jane Bray and her husband Johnny of Harvest; sister, Marie Kenamore of Anderson; brothers, Alton Bradford of Moulton, Leroy Bradford of Florence, Milton Bradford of Leighton; grandchildren, Angela Burns and Chris of Madison, Jason Bray and Missy of Ardmore; great grandchildren, Will, Shayla, Kaitlyn, Elizabeth, Amber, Nathaniel, Daisy; host of nieces and nephews.

He was a member of Poplar Creek Missionary Baptist Church.
