Gary Dean Farrar, 65, of Franklin, Tenn., died Sept. 26, 2011.

He is a graduate of Auburn University. He was preceded in death by his father, Marlos Benson Farrar.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia Farrar; mother, Mildred Farrar; daughters, Deana Jackson and her husband, Wayne, and Amy Minor and her husband, Philip; brother, Benny Farrar and wife, Francisca; grandchildren, Adam and Savannah Jackson, Drew and Bailey Minor. Funeral Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 29, 2011, at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home with Gene Loveless officiating.
