John David Montgomery, 67, of Phil Campbell, passed away on Friday, Sept. 10, 2010, at Lakeland Community Hospital.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Wredge and Carrie Estella Montgomery.

The burial was Monday, Sept. 13, 2010, at Tharptown Cemetery.
