Kyle Edward Martin, 89, of Russellville, Ala. passed away Wednesday, Aug. 18, 2010 at Russellville Hospital.
He was a lifelong resident of Franklin County and member of Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church. He was an Army veteran and retired from Union Carbide.
Funeral services were held Friday, Aug. 20, 2010 at Pinkard Funeral Home in Russellville with Rowe Wren and Alan Beasley officiating. Burial was in Franklin Memory Gardens.
He was survived by his wife, Grace Bowling Martin, of Russellville; sons, Doyle Martin, of Russellville, Densel Martin, of Muscle Shoals; four grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Donnie Bowling, Gary Bowling, Greg Bowling, Ken Bowling, Patrick Cummings and Jeremy Taylor.
He was preceded in death by parents, Phil and Lelia Martin; sister, Margaret Martin.
