Services for Daisy McKinnon will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Barham Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ray Fultcher officiating. Burial will be in Springhill Cemetery.
Mrs. McKinnon, 91, of Meridian, died Saturday, Nov. 6, 2004, in her home. She was a member of Water Valley Pentecostal Church. She was an avid seamstress and quilter and will be remembered as a wonderful loving mother, grandmother and sister.
Survivors include her sister, Hazel Smith and her husband, J.T., of Clarke County; brothers, Clyde Roberson and his wife, Ouida, Jamie Roberson and his wife, Ruby, and Horace Roberson, all of the Whynot Community; grandchildren, Debby Cook and her husband, Edsel, Jimmy Long and his wife, Evelyn, Jason Hall, Heidi Howard, Tony Steinborn and his wife, Natalie, Jena McKinnon and Becky McKinnon; several great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur McKinnon, children, Wilma Jean Hall, Flo Phyfer and Bill McKinnon and her parents, Thomas and Leanna Roberson.
Memorials may be made to Water Valley Pentecostal Church.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons and great-grandsons.
Visitation will be today from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
