By Staff

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, October 17, 2004, at Pinkard Funeral Home in Russellville with Marce Pounders officiating. Interment will be in Old Line Cemetery in Hodges.
Mr. Wood is survived by his wife of 32 years, Lola Wood; five sons, Scotty Wood of Phil Campbell, Randy Wood and wife Stefanie, of Russellville, Larry Sandusky and wife Lisa, of Phil Campbell, Charles Sandusky and wife Gwen, of Russellville, and Ricky Sandusky and wife Sandra, of Phil Campbell; three daughters, Phyllis Murphy and husband Wayne, of Russellville, Glenda McGowen of Pace, Florida, and Debra Holland and husband Jon, of Tuscumbia; three brothers, Joe Wood and wife Louise, of Nashville, Max Wood and wife Bonnie, of Nashville, and Bob Wood and wife Ollie, of Scottsboro; two sisters, Mary Fleming and husband Albert, of Franklin, Tennessee, and Dorthy Hester of Red Bay; fifteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
