Mixon, Germany

Mr. and Mrs. David Wade Mixon of Suqualena announce the engagement of their daughter, Amy Jeannine, to Joel Aaron Germany, son of Mr. and Mrs. Dale Germany of Union.
The wedding will be Saturday, Oct. 16, 2004, at 3 p.m. at Macedonia Baptist Church in Suqualena.
Miss Mixon is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. William E. Slayton of Suqualena, and the late Mr. and Mrs. David C. Mixon.
The bride-elect is an honor graduate of West Lauderdale High School and received an associate's degree in radiologic technology from Meridian Community College.
Miss Mixon is employed at Riley Hospital.
Mr. Germany is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Gomillion, Mr. and Mrs. Monroe Germany of Union and the late Mary Jo Gomillion.
The bridegroom-elect attended Union High School. He is employed by Mastec Inc.
A reception will be held in the church fellowship hall following the ceremony.
Family and friends are invited to attend.
