Maxwell, Robinson

Pamela Michelle Robinson and Robert Rule Maxwell Jr. were united in marriage during a candlelight ceremony on Saturday, May 29, 2004, at Ruleville United Methodist Church. The double-ring ceremony was officiated by the Revs. Gary Howse and Howell Gay Mims.
Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Warren Robinson of Lawrence, Victor R. Moreno of Columbus and the late JoAnn Weaver Moreno, and Mr. and Mrs. Robert "Bobby" Maxwell Sr.
The bride is the granddaughter of Bashia Weaver and the late Leland Marvin "Bill" Weaver and Annie Lou Robinson of Newton and the late Selby Robinson.
The bridegroom is the grandson of Isabelle "Pinky" Maxwell of Ruleville and the late R.L. Maxwell and the late Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Lamon of Greenville.
Nuptial music was provided by Merle Tolbert, organist; Beverly Terrell, pianist; Kimberly Haney and Newt Carver III, vocalists.
The bride was given in marriage by her brother, Douglas Robinson of Hattiesburg. She wore a formal designer gown of silk satin featuring a strapless bodice and embroidered with pearls, crystals and mirror crystals detailed with gold. The fitted waistline fell into a ballroom skirt that swept into a chapel-length train. She wore a chapel-length veil anchored by a simple comb accompanied by hairpins with bows accenting.
Anna Basinger Couch of Columbus served as matron of honor. Other attendants were Abbie Robinson and Amber Robinson of Hattiesburg, nieces of the bride, Nicole Jehlicka Diehl of San Francisco, Julie Wilson of Millport, Ala., and Leathe Maxwell Logan of Cleveland, sister of the bridegroom.
Junior bridesmaid was Nicole Robinson of Hattiesburg, niece of the bride. Honorary bridesmaids were Angela Mentavlos of Miramar, Fla., Angie Fuquay Reeder of Evansville, Ind., Brandi McKee Jewel of Columbus and Karmella McKee McCallum of Little Rock, Ark.
Program attendant was Victoria Melton. Bridal registry attendant was Cindy Willingham.
The father of the bridegroom served as best man. Groomsmen were Dr. Don Blackwood of Cleveland, Barry McWhirter of Louisville, David Jefcoat of Saltillo, Bill Naron of Cleveland, Brian Neil Jones of Madison, cousin of the bridegroom, Gavin Gist of Clarksdale and Michael Aguzzi of Cleveland.
A reception was held at the Cleveland Country Club following the ceremony.
After a honeymoon in Jamaica, the couple resides in Beckley, W.V.
