Enrollment at ECCC at all-time high

DECATUR Enrollment at East Central Community College in Decatur has reached an all-time high as 2,739 students are enrolled in fall classes, according to President Dr. Phil A. Sutphin.
For the fall 2003 semester, 2,698 students enrolled at ECCC.
Sutphin also noted that ECCC has experienced an increase in enrollment for the past 20 years.
Included in this year's student body are 1,877 academic students, 766 technical majors and 95 students who are taking vocational courses.
Students also are enrolled on the Decatur campus and at various locations in the college's district, which includes Leake, Neshoba, Newton, Scott and Winston counties.
