Mission Meridian wins key grant

The U.S. Department of Labor and Experience Works awarded a $24,000 grant Tuesday to the East Central Community Development Corp. and Mission Meridian.
This grant will enable Mission Meridian to help people 45 and older who wish to enter the workplace, said Charlotte Scott, director of Mission Meridian.
The Win Job Center will aid Mission Meridian and ECCDC in assisting people in numerous ways of securing employment.
