Graveside services for W.R. "Bob" Buntin will be held Sunday at 2:30 p.m. at Gumlog Baptist Church Cemetery with the Dr. Reid Whittington officiating.
Mr. Buntin, 90, of Meridian, died Friday, May 28, 2004, at Kings Daughters and Sons Rest Home.
He was a member of Prospect Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include his wife, Lucille Shanrock Buntin of Meridian; sisters Alien B. Oliver of Houston, Texas, and Elizabeth B. Jeffares and Nena B. Pool, both of Meridian; daughters, Barbara B. Bosarge and son-in-law Bo Bosarge and Kathleen B. Price and son-in-law Joey Price, all of Meridian; four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, one great- great- grandchild and several nieces.
He was preceded in death by his parents, O.E. and Ruth Buntin.
Visitation will be Sunday from 1 p.m. -2 p.m. at Barham Funeral Home.
YORK, Ala. Graveside services for C.W. "Brad" Bradley will be held Sunday at 3:30 p.m. at Boyd Cemetery in York, Ala., with the Dr. Pat Smith officiating. Bumpers Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Bradley, 84, of Montgomery, died Friday, May 28, 2004, at Baptist Hospital East in Montgomery. He was a retired colonel with the United States Air Force.
Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Dial Bradley of Montgomery; sons Clyde William Bradley III of Asheville, N.C. and Brian Bradley of Huntsville; daughter Brenda Binning of Valley Crucis, N.C.; a brother Eckel Bradley and a sister Helen Krickhan, both of Asheville, N.C.; and four grandchildren.
Graveside services for Roy "Little Roy" Walker will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m., at Water Valley Penecostal Holiness Church Cemetery.
Mr. Walker, 63, of the Whynot community, died Friday, May 28, 2004, at his home.
Visitation will be Sunday at 2 p.m.-4 p.m. at Barham Funeral Home.
Arrangements were incomplete at Berry and Gardner Funeral Home for George Hudson, 68, of Meridian, who died Thursday, May 27, 2004 at Guardian Angel Hospice.
Arrangements were incomplete at Berry and Gardner Funeral Home for Bettye J. Rackley Bell, 49, of Meridian, who died Wednesday, May 26, 2004 at Riley Memorial Hospital.
Arrangements were incomplete at Berry and Gardner Funeral Home for Harvey Carpenter, 62, of Meridian, who died Thursday, May 27, 2004 in Sunflower County.
Arrangements were incomplete at Berry and Gardner Funeral Home for Rosie L. James, 79, of Meridian, who died Thursday, May 27, 2004 at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Arrangements were incomplete at Barham Funeral Home for Rev. Charles L. Miles, 69, of Meridian, who died Friday, May 28, 2004 at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
