Garton, Ward

Mr. and Mrs. James W. Garton of Columbus announce the engagement of their daughter, Natalie Elizabeth, to Edward "Tripp" Lamar Ward III, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Lamar Ward Jr. of Porterville.
The wedding will be Saturday, May 22, 2004, at 6 p.m. at Annunciation Catholic Church in Columbus.
Miss Garton is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul George Bernheim Sr., and the late Mr. and Mrs. J.C. Garton.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Columbus High School and received an associate's degree from East Mississippi Community College. She is currently attending Mississippi State University-Meridian branch pursuing a degree in secondary education.
While attending EMCC, she was a member of the Lady Lion's soccer and softball teams.
Mr. Ward is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. George Clifford Clayton, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Edward Lamar Ward Sr.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Warren High School and received a degree from East Mississippi Community College. He is currently attending the University of West Alabama, where he is a member of the Tiger Wrangler Rodeo Team.
Mr. Ward is employed by Larkin Oil Company.
A reception will be held in the church activities center.
Family and friends are invited to attend.
