Kimberly Ball and Danny Joyner, both of Meridian, were married Saturday, Feb. 7, 2004, at Highland Baptist Church with the Rev. Carl White officiating.
Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Ball of Pascagoula, and Mr. and Mrs. Lester D. Joyner Sr. of Meridian.
Grandparents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. Floyd E. Bishop of Laurel, and Mr. and Mrs. Ray Ball of Panama City, Fla.
Grandparents of the bridegroom are the late Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Joyner, and the late Mr. and Mrs. William Beasley, all of Meridian.
Music for the ceremony was provided by Jerry Ball, saxophonist; Barry Germany, pianist; and Jeff and Donna Creekmore, vocalists.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a strapless matte satin gown adorned with crystals and pearls on the drop waistline bodice, belt and buttons. that extended onto a chapel-length train.
Matron of honor was Jennifer Baggett of Ocean Springs, sister of the bride. Other attendants were Lisa Bergin of Laurel, Brandy Carpenter of Pascagoula, Gabrielle Carpenter and Lacy Joyner, both of Meridian, and Denise Lovoy of Birmingham, Ala.
Janey Baggett of Ocean Springs, niece of the bride, served as flower girl.
The father of the bridegroom served as best man. Groomsmen and ushers were Les Joyner, Ben Barham, Nathan Bailey, Matthew Carpenter, Will Carpenter and Ryan Turbyfill, all of Meridian, and David Baggett of Ocean Springs.
Jacob Hill of Meridian, cousin of the bridegroom, served as ring bearer. Program attendants were Mary Fulton and Emmy Joyner.
A reception was held at Union Station following the ceremony.
Assisting at the reception were Annelle Bishop, Charlotte Cahill, Gay Fulton, Terri Joyner and Frances Price.
After a honeymoon in Jamaica, the couple resides in Meridian.
