Local woman dies
in car accident

Susan Weaver, 51, of Toomsuba was killed when she was apparently ejected from her car on Interstate 20/59 at 5:35 p.m. on Friday, according to Lauderdale County Deputy Coroner Clayton Cobler.
Cobler said the woman was driving alone when her car wrecked near mile marker 163; she was pronounced dead on the scene.
