Seymour, Roberts

DeAnna Roberts and Bryan Seymour, both of Meridian, were married Wednesday, July 16, 2003, in Negril, Jamaica, with the Rev. Oliver Ramsay officiating.
Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Roberts of Meridian; Margaret Seymour of Jackson, Ala., and the late Chuck Seymour.
Grandparents of the bride are the late Mr. and Mrs. Paul Semmes O'Leary; Myrtle Roberts and the late Fred Roberts.
Grandparents of the bridegroom are the late Mr. and Mrs. Jess Brooks, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Herman Seymour.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore an ivory matte satin gown featuring a strapless bodice with embroidery and iridescent along the waistline. Her veil was handmade by the bride's mother and featured a row of iridescent sequins trimmed with satin piping. She carried a nosegay of white roses and her grandmother's handkerchief.
The wedding was witness by Ann Roberts of Meridian, mother of the bride, and Mike Seymour of Winter Haven, Fla., brother of the bridegroom.
Others attending the wedding were Chris and Shannon Crowe of Meridian, Ronald and Pegi Roberts of Southaven, uncle and aunt of the bride, and Tyler Seymour of Winter Haven, nephew of the bridegroom.
A reception was held at the Sundowner Restaurant following the ceremony.
After a honeymoon in Jamaica, the couple resides in Meridian.
