Mosley re-elected to legislative committee

JACKSON Clarke County Supervisor Paul Mosley will serve again this year as one of 11 members on the Mississippi Association of Supervisors Legislative Committee.
The committee is charged with investigating and studying existing laws and pending legislation to determine how they will affect county government.
The committee then presents its findings and recommendations to the full voting body of the Mississippi Association of Supervisors.
Mosley, who represents District 4 in Clarke County, was nominated at the annual meeting of the East Central Planning and Development District. He will serve his eighth straight term on the legislative committee.
Other county supervisors on the legislative committee are from Carroll, Copiah, Hancock, Lee, Lincoln, Panola, Perry, Prentiss, Webster and Washington counties.
