The family requests memorials be made to Horizon Hospice, P.O. Box 35, Decatur, MS 39327. The facility's caregivers made Rev. Cook's last months peaceful.

LISMAN, Ala. Services for Lubirdie Brewster Johnson will be held Saturday at noon at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Yantley, Ala., with the Rev. Dr. Robert Webb officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Hayden and Butler Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Johnson, 90, of Meridian, died Monday, March 24, 2003, at Heartfelt Hospice.
Survivors include her daughters, Mary Carlisle and her husband, B.C., of Cincinnati, and Cathy Fox of Meridian; six grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Laola Moore of Chicago; a brother-in-law Laroy Johnson and his wife, Thelma, of Meridian and five sisters-in-law.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Johnson, a son, two sisters and six brothers.
Visitation will be today from 6 p.m.- 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Stephens, 87, of Meridian, died Tuesday, March 25, 2003, at Beverly Health Care Center. He was a veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Ruby Doris Stephens of Meridian; a son, Aubrey Stephens of Coldwater; grandchildren, Deidra Elizabeth Stephens and William Aubrey Stephens, both of Coldwater; a brother, Calvin Stephens of Georgia; a brother-in-law, Eugene Seals of Baton Rouge, La., and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be today from 5 p.m.- 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial services will be held for Jerry Eugene Dominick at a later date in McComb. Barham Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.
Mr. Dominick, 64, of Collinsville, died Tuesday, March 25, 2003, at Guardian Angel Hospice. He was retired from the U.S. Navy.
Survivors include his wife, Nena A. Dominick of Collinsville; step-daughters, Sue Bond and her husband, Paul, of Meridian and Vickie Gyumes of Crystal Springs.
Memorials may be made to Guardian Angel Hospice.
Services for Joshua S. Pearce will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. in the gymnasium of Northeast Middle School, 7763 Highway 39 North, across from Forest Lawn Cemetery. The Rev. Ernest Sanders will officiate. Burial will be in Good Hope Cemetery with Berry and Gardner Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Pearce, 15, of Meridian, died Tuesday, March 25, 2003, at Rush Foundation Hospital. He was a student at Northeast High School.
Survivors include his mother, Angeles Ballou of Meridian; his fathers, Terry Ballou of Lake Charles, La., and Edward Pearce Sr. of Meridian; his step father, Charles Johnson Jr. of Meridian; five brothers, La Chris Russell, Edward Pearce Jr., T.J. Ballou, A.J. Ballou, Nicholas Ballou; a step brother, Na Hkoma Doyle; and maternal grandparents.
Visitation will be Saturday from 5 p.m.-6 p.m. at the funeral home.
