Compton, Mikell

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Hays Compton of Meridian announce the engagement of their daughter, Tyner Lex, to Jeremiah William Mikell, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Lewis Mikell of Meridian.
The wedding will be Saturday, April 12, 2003, at 5 p.m. at Highland Baptist Church in Meridian.
Miss Compton is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chad Y. Morgan, Bettye H. Compton and the late William B. Compton.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Meridian High School and received a degree in dental hygiene from Meridian Community College.
Miss Compton is a registered dental hygienist with Dr. William Woods III.
Mr. Mikell is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. William N. Mikell, Juanita Mosbey Riggs of Jonesboro, Ark., and the late Dilmas Mosbey.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of West Lauderdale High School and is attending Mississippi State University. He will receive his business degree in August.
Mr. Mikell is employed by the Mississippi Air National Guard.
A reception will be in Highland Baptist Church Family Life Center following the ceremony.
