Man questioned in store robbery

The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department questioned a 30-year-old man Saturday in connection with the armed robbery of the Dixie Gas station off Interstate 20/59 at Kewanee.
Maj. Ward Calhoun with the sheriff's department said the station clerk told officers a man entered the store alone and armed with a knife at about 10 p.m. Friday and took a small amount of money.
Calhoun said the clerk provided a description of the suspect. He said sheriff's deputies and East Mississippi Drug Task Force agents found a suspect a couple of hours after the robbery.
