Sheriff's Department investigates prison death

The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department is investigating the death of an inmate Monday at a psychiatric prison in Lost Gap.
Maj. Ward Calhoun said today that details are sketchy about the death at the East Mississippi Correctional Facility on Highway 80. The inmate's name was not released pending notification of next-of-kin.
