MCC Eagles take two at PRCC

POPLARVILLE The Meridian Community College Eagles were victorious ove Pearl River Community College in JUCO action last night by a score of 81-74.
The win gives MCC and overall record of 7-8 and a 3-3 conference record. The Eagles were led Thursday night by Jamall Edmonson with 25 points and Mecose Todd with 20 points.
The men will return to action Saturday night agianst Mary Holmes.

Chelse Alford scored 21 pointys but it was not nearly enough as the Lady Eagles were blown out by Pearl River.
Next up for the Lady Eagles is a home match-up against Southwest Mississippi on January 27.
