Waldine Stephens Morgan

Graveside services for Waldine Stephens Morgan will be held Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at Magnolia Cemetery with the Rev. James Ruffin officiating. Stephens Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Morgan of Atlanta, died Sunday, Jan. 26, 2003, in Atlanta.
Visitation will be today 6 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Chub Davis Beckman
Chemical engineer
QUITMAN Services for Chub Davis Beckman will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Wright's Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Lannis May and Mitchell McDonald officiating. Burial will be in Old Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Beckman, 57, of Quitman, died Saturday, Jan. 25, 2003, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Survivors include a daughter, Cristina N. Beckman, a brother, Terry E. Beckman Jr., and a sister, Ruthie B. Herrington, all of Quitman; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Elma Sharon Kotoch Beckman; and his parents, Terry E. and Hettie Ruth Beckman.
Pallbearers will be James C. Smith, James F. McNeil, Billy Brady, Jeff Volking, Robert J. Lucas and John O. Lucas.
Visitation will be today 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Thomas Verdell Herrington
Retired rural mail carrier
PHILADELPHIA Services for Thomas Verdell Herrington will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at McClain-Hays Funeral Service Chapel with the Revs. Dr. Wayne Hill and Bobby Jack Henley officiating. Burial will be in Cedarlawn Cemetery in Philadelphia.
Mr. Herrington, 69, of Philadelphia, died Saturday, Jan. 25, 2003, in his home. He was a native and lifelong resident of Neshoba County, and a member of Trinity Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Neva C. Herrington; daughters, Debra Morrow and Melanie M. Jenkins; a son, Greg Herrington; grandsons, Jason Morrow, Chad Morrow and Austin Jenkins, all of Philadelphia; brothers, James Herrington of Columbus and Charles Herrington of Moss Point.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Stella Herrington; brothers, Myles Herrington and Allen Herrington.
Visitation will be today 8 a.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
William Roy Bracken

Services for William Roy Bracken will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Barham Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Davey Wilkerson officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
Mr. Bracken, 83, of Meridian, died Sunday, Jan. 26, 2003, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Survivors include his sons, Roy D. Bracken and his wife, Sybal, Douglas Bracken and his wife, Oleta, and Don Bracken and his wife, Michelle, all of Meridian; stepdaughters, Dianne Falgout and her husband, John, of Lauderdale and Lynn Faulkner and her husband, Edgar, of Meridian; a stepson, Mike Wall and his wife, Jimmie Faye, of Bailey; a sister, Johnnie Pearl Shields of Meridian; 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be today 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Sue Bracken

Joe E. Dill
Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center employee
Services for Joe E. Dill will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Highland Baptist Church Chapel with the Rev. Dr. Carl White officiating. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery. Stephens Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Dill, 88, of Meridian, died Sunday, Jan. 26, 2003, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
He was a member of Highland Baptist Church since 1952 and worked at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center, where he supervised the lab and cardiac units for more than 39 years.
He was a member of the Lions Club and St. John's Masonic Lodge for more than 50 years. He was also a member of the Travelers Protection Association for more than 50 years. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army and served in World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Billie Dill of Meridian; daughters, Scarlett McGee of Bourg, La., Vicky Bennett and her husband, Richard, of Houston and JoAnn Massey and her husband, Pete, of Jackson; grandchildren, Todd Bennett of Houston, Delena Daniels and her husband, Robert, of Bourg, and Allison, Amila and Haley Massey, all of Jackson; a great-grandchild, Robbie Daniels of Bourg; and a sister, Thelma Alexander of York, Ala.
