Mr. and Mrs. Mouise T. Richards of Meridian announce the engagement of their daughter, Susan Elizabeth, to Eric Lingo Nordmeier, son of Mr. and Mrs. Eric L. Nordmeier of Hanapepe, Hawaii.
The wedding will be Saturday, Feb. 22, 2003, at 1 p.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Church.
Miss Richards is the granddaughter of Claire Richards and the late Mouise Richards, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles E. Smith.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Meridian High School and attended Meridian Community College. She received a bachelor's degree from the University of Southern Mississippi.
The bridegroom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Eric Nordmeier, and Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Gaubatz.
Mr. Nordmeier is a graduate of Ocean Springs High School and received a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi. He received a master's of social work from the University of South Carolina.
A reception will be held in St. Patrick Parrish Center following the ceremony.
