Norwood a good choice

Voters in Lauderdale County's District 4 made a good choice when they elected photojournalist Joe Norwood to the board of supervisors. We believe Norwood will bring a calm, reasoned approach to whatever issue is laid on the table.
Norwood will complete the unexpired term of the late Q.V. Sykes and, presumably, will be a candidate for reelection to a full term next year. Hopes are high that he will bring to the board another voice of logic and deliberation whose vote can be influenced by the power of the argument and a solid sense of doing what's right for the people.
