Francine Billups of York, Ala. announces the birth of a daughter, Jamesa Ruth Bias, born Dec. 18, 2000, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
Brooks and Tony Sheffield of Meridian announce the birth of a daughter, Elizabeth Marie, born Dec. 18, 2000, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
Mrs. Sheffield is the former Brooks Graham.
Janet and Tyrone Burton Sr. of Cuba, Ala. announce the birth of a son, Tyshawn LE'John Denzel, born Dec. 18, 2000, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
Mrs. Burton is the former Janet Ruffin.
Randy and Melissa McElhenney of Union announce the birth of a son, William Jody, born Dec. 19, 2000, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
