Justice James Rupley

Justice James Rupley, 19, of Phil Campbell died April 15. Visitation will be April 19 from 6-8 p.m. at Akins Funeral Home. Service will be at 2 p.m. April 20 at Akins Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery.
