Elgin “Spud” Garrison

Elgin “Spud” Garrison, 83, of Phil Campbell died Feb. 8. Visitation will be Feb. 11 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Akins Funeral Home. Service will be at 2 p.m. Feb. 11 at Akins Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Blue Springs Cemetery.
