Mildred “Millie” Bullen
Mildred “Millie” Bullen, 79, passed away July 1 at Southern Magnolia in Golden, Miss. She was born in Cape Girardeau, Mo., to William Edwards and Mary Humphres Edwards. She worked as a supervisor for Abbott Laboratories and was a member of Community Center Baptist Church in Red Bay.
Funeral services were held July 3 at noon at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, with Bro. Roger Wood officiating. Burial was in Red Bay City Cemetery.
Survivors include her daughter, Donna Dulaney and husband Eddie of Red Bay; one grandson, Reese Dulaney; two granddaughters, Carrie Richter and Christina Bullen; step-son, Jerry Bullen; sister-in-law, Joanne Golwitzer; brother-in-law, Leroy Bullen; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Orvill Bullen; son, Eddie Bullen; step-son, Larry Bullen; and her parents.
Pallbearers were Clinton Malone, Mike Jones, Hoyt Devaney and Wesley Mills.
Visitation was July 3 from 10 a.m. to noon at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay.
