Peggy Lou Britnell

Peggy Lou Britnell, age 73, Russellville, passed away May 20 at Keller Landing Nursing Home in Tuscumbia.

Mrs. Britnell was always a very hard worker and made sure her family had everything they needed. She was a woman who loved everyone, and everyone loved her.

The visitation was 6-9 p.m. May 22 at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral was at 2 p.m. May 23 at Spry Memorial Chapel with Bro. Sammy Taylor officiating. Burial was at Mountain View Cemetery in Phil Campbell.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Murray Medley and Pearlie Edwards Medley; and brother, Carl Medley.

She leaves to cherish her memory her son, Kevin Britnell; daughter, Karen Berryman and husband Doug; grandchildren, Jonathon Wright and wife Amanda, Justin Britnell and wife Samantha and Wade Berryman and girlfriend MaKayla Little; great-grandchildren, Sophia Wright and Jeremiah Wright; sister, Patsy Green; brothers, Roy Medley and wife Carolyn and David Medley; and a host of nieces and nephews.

The pallbearers were Jonathon Wright, Justin Britnell, Wade Berryman, Matt Green and Benji Burcham.

The family would like to extend a special thanks the staff of Alacare Hospice for your love and care.
