Regina Faye Cornelius Bailey Clemmons
Regina Faye Cornelius Bailey Clemmons, age 43, Russellville, passed away Feb. 25 after a long, courageous battle with cancer.
Regina was a strong woman who fought cancer for 12 years. She loved her family, but especially her grandchildren, and would not let anyone mess with them.
The visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Feb. 27 at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Feb. 28 at Spry Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in Hopewell Church of Christ Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her son, Jonathan Bailey; parents, Johnny and Julia Cornelius; and sister, Malinda Stephens.
She leaves to cherish her memory her husband of eight years, Marvin Jeff Clemmons; sons, Eric Bailey and wife Ashley and Michael Clemmons; grandchildren, Eric “Little E” Noel Bailey Jr., Lacie Bailey, Sarah Clemmons, Falynn Clemmons and Brystal Clemmons; brother, John Cody Cornelius; nieces, Kayla Arnett and Teala Bates; great-niece and nephew, Cody Wallace and Brooklynn Wallace; and best friends, Amy McCormack Ford and Maria Harrison.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to Kay, our social worker, and Rachel, our Gentiva Hospice nurse, for your love and assistance for Regina during her illness.
