Sandra Sue Haney Kuykendall, 65, died Monday, Sept. 29, 2014 at Helen Keller Hospital.

She was born in Alabama and was a factory worker for more than 30 years.

Services were Thursday, Oct. 2, 2014, at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, with Bro. Matthew Haney officiating. Burial was in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Red Bay.

Survivors are two sons, Rodney Kuykendall and wife, Judy, and Benny Kuykendall and wife, Holly, all of Red Bay; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three sisters, Wilma Ashley and husband, Johnny, Shirley Lindley and husband, David, and Dollie Robinson, all of Red Bay; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Doria Thornburg Haney; a brother, Donnie Haney; a sister, Wanda Haney; a son, Donald Kuykendall; a daughter, Tina Kuykendall and her husband, Kenneth Kuykendall.

Pallbearers were Tim Lindley, Glen Ashley, Matthew Cole, Michael Haney, Jonathan Haney, Jody Harris and Jeremy Harris.

Visitation was Wednesday, Oct. 1, at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, and until service time on Thursday.
