Bay Tree Council for Performing Arts announces season schedule
The Bay Tree Council for the Performing Arts in Red Bay has announced it’s 2013-2014 season, at Community Spirit Bank’s Weatherford Centre.
The season starts off with “Sorry Wrong Chimney” by Leo W. Sears and Jack Sharkey, Nov. 14-17.
The second production will be “All This and Moonlight” by Charles R. Johnson, Feb. 13-16.
The final production will be a revival for the BTCPA, “Dearly Departed” by David Bottrell and Jessie Jones, April 24-27.

Auditions for “Sorry Wrong Chimney” will be held Sunday, Sept. 22 at 2 p.m. and Monday, Sept. 23 at 7 p.m. at the Weatherford Centre. The cast calls for four adult males and three adult females, teens who can appear to be in their twenties are welcome to try out.
David Tuttle is moonlighting as a department store Santa so that he can buy his wife a fur for Christmas. He tells her he’s working late at the office, but she finds out he isn’t at the office. A suspected other woman, hypnotism, the notorious Santa burglar Kris Kreigle and his gun toting fiance, and a confused policeman add up to a rollicking tale that is hilarious Christmas or anytime entertainment.
