Local DHR approved for disaster nutrition program

The Franklin County Department of Human Resources (DHR) has received approval from the U.S. Department of Agriculture Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) to operate a Disaster Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (D-SNAP).
