Tiffin Motorhomes featured in magazine

Tiffin Motor Homes in Red Bay is featured in a new book called “Pictorial Guide to RVing,” by John Brunkowski and Michael Closen, buyers of Tiffin RVs.

The authors will be spending some time at Tiffin Motor Homes in the next several weeks and their book will be sold at the Tiffin RV accessory store located at the factory.

According to a press release from Schiffer Publishing, the book presents vintage recreational vehicles through 350 vintage postcards of RVs, motor homes, travel trailers, and campgrounds from more than 20 countries around the world.

Topics illustrated include early car and cycle camping, RV campgrounds from the 1930s through the 1070s, travel trailer advertising and RV humor.

The authors have been avid RVers for the past 25 years, have owned numerous types of motor homes and are members of several RV organizations.

The RV postcards, which are the subject of the book, have been collected by the authors during the course of their 25-year RVing career. They also published a book in 2008 called “RV & Camper Toys: The History of RVing in Miniature.”

The book can be purchased for $24.99 through the publisher, at Tiffin Motor Homes, at a local bookstore or online.
